For an airport arrival, include your flight number so we can follow your arrival. When travelling to the airport, tell us the time you want to leave your address; the flight departure time alone is not a pickup instruction.
The details of your group matter too. Please include the number of adults and children, the children’s ages, and the number and size of your bags. Let us know about skis, pushchairs, wheelchairs or other bulky items before travelling. This helps us check a suitable vehicle and prepare the journey around your needs.
Choose the right vehicle
A private transfer gives your group its own vehicle and chauffeur. Smaller parties can choose a sedan, including Economy and Business Class options. A spacious van is often a more practical choice for families and groups. The number of seats is only part of the decision: the luggage space you need is just as important.
Economy accommodates up to three people with two small suitcases. A Mercedes V-Class can accommodate up to seven passengers and seven bags, depending on their dimensions and shape. For larger groups or unusually bulky luggage, we can discuss a larger vehicle or more than one vehicle. Availability is confirmed individually for your journey.
Airport pickup and meeting point
After you land, your driver will contact you. Your personal welcome takes place in Arrivals 1 or 2, with a name sign and in line with your flight. Please provide a mobile number you can use after arrival. If the terminal changes, your luggage is delayed or you need extra time, keep in touch with your driver so the meeting can be coordinated.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting time. Pickups at an address include 15 minutes; additional waiting is charged at CHF 2 per minute. Flight monitoring helps coordinate the arrival, but please still tell us as soon as possible if your flight number or travel date changes. That lets us update the arrangements before your journey.
Price, extras and payment
Your agreed total is confirmed before the journey is booked. The route, vehicle category and requested extras determine the offer. Child seats cost CHF 15 per seat, per journey. Return journeys between 00:00 and 06:00 have a 20% night surcharge. Additional stops and extra waiting are discussed in advance or charged according to the agreed conditions.
You can pay by card or TWINT in the vehicle. Cash payment is available on request. Where prepayment has been agreed, we provide a payment link. Corporate passengers can discuss invoicing after the service. Keep your confirmation and check the date, pickup time, route and contact details before travelling.
Plan changes and the return journey
You can request a return journey together with the outward transfer. Include the exact return date, pickup time and address. If your return begins at the airport, add the flight number as well. For overnight flights, take particular care to select the correct calendar date for the pickup.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. If your airline cancels the flight, contact us directly. An early message also helps when the number of passengers, luggage or destination changes, so we can update the vehicle and arrangements. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation; your journey is booked only when we explicitly confirm it.
