Where do I meet my driver?
Your driver will welcome you with a name sign at Arrivals 1 or 2 and contact you after landing.
What if my flight is delayed?
Please provide your flight number so we can monitor your arrival. 60 minutes of airport waiting are included.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Please specify the number and ages of children. Each seat costs CHF 15 per journey.
How can I pay?
Pay by card or TWINT in the vehicle. Cash payment is available on request; a prepayment link can be arranged.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Contact us directly if your airline cancels your flight.
Is there a night surcharge?
Return journeys between 00:00 and 06:00 have a 20% surcharge. Your agreed fare will show the applicable charges.
