You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. If your airline cancels the flight, contact us directly and share the cancellation details.
Changes and payment questions
For changes or a payment query, send your booking reference, travel date and relevant payment information to info@airportcab.ch. The team will review the reservation and explain the applicable next steps.
